A SPFX Makeup Tribute to First Responders - The idea for this shoot, curtesy of my volunteer model, was to touch on the experience many front line workers such as paramedics have tackling very difficult circumstances daily that impact their mental health, sometimes severely, while still being required to show up and externally display, or mask compassion, alertness, empathy, and kindness, regardless of the mental toll on them over time. Which is effort and dedication of care that should be recognized and supported.
